OK, the pumps are not tight then with those hours. If it has a new burner than shouldn’t be coated with any build up. Try the higher pump start figure for now.

I made the adjustment and am having better results. The first start will typically give me a low temp fault but the second start attempt is usually successful. The acceleration phase is still vary slow. The peak RPM is also been met so I have good thrust. Are there further adjustments that we can make to optimize the starting process.
