It is hard to tell from just one picture.
However it looks to me like a:
CRRCPRO GP26R
If so it will need a little work to run right and long.
Major problems:
no pulse line to the crank case from the carb fuel pump.
no retainer for the big end connecting rod bearing
maybe a set of spacers on each side of the piston pin would help as well.
