Unhappy How to replace a front DC motor with a servo?

Hey there guys,

I am more into programming & arduino than RC and I've got a cheap RC car from my childhood.
Somehow front DC motor started rolling free, probably because of gears.
I wanted to change the motor with a servo but then I broke the steering linkage. I guess that's what it's called, the one holding the two tires together.
Then I replaced it with a own made plastic linkage made from plastic cards.

But the thing is now I do not know how to place the servo and what to use.
Can you take a look at the photos and tell me what parts & bits I would need to buy to be able to drive my car again? I don't know it's scale.

I would share the photos of my car but it says you gotta have 10 posts before sharing URLs. So I could DM it to you or something I guess.

Thank you!
