I also like to see it accelerate on the way up. Some planes really struggle to pull out, but can barely do it. To me, this isn't unlimited. It needs to happen with some degree of authority.

Most folks to agree on the "pull from a hover" definition, but I like just a bit more before I say it is actually unlimited. After all, then it may be unlimited at 60 degrees, and not at 90 degrees.
