I am going to be building a dch sailaire a.k.a. sailpig and I want to cover it with coverite micaflim. The look reminds me of my silkspan days. The question is,is the micafilm strong enough for such a large open wing? I know the tech data says 2 to 3 times lighter and 700% stronger that plastic films. But as with all advertising claims I tend to be skeptical . As always thanks for the info.
