Well here is the finished product of the fabricated rudder made from a picture and scaled from picture for size.

It came out really well, better then expected

All aluminum fabrication, now just have to install it on the boat this weekend and try it out. I'm sure that I will have to do some minor filing for fitment. But least of my worries now!
