germaina wheft ag shipyard report…after what seemed like a life time of filling and sanding got the prop shaft covers on and glassed in..trying a few moter mount mock ups not happy with any of them..ideally i would like to turn the motor cans at 45 degrees and out-aboard next to the hull.. this will keep them above any flooding and give me blue water ability(ie i can take rough water and some internal flooding and keep the electronics safe)to sail…would like a thinner support or different still playing with this and other mock up’s as i think of them for now..also let me introduce you to a little tool i discovered by Milwaukee..ya put the flat down then roll the level to to be level and bobs your uncle ya got and angle to work with for your fab work
