Money is very fungible. In a ONE point TWO MILLION expense line titled "all other expenses," when that is not itemized for members, is great place to hide money going places that members might not support.
Fortunately, the solution is simple if AMA is interested in transparency ... give members itemized account of every dollar in the "all other expenses" on the IRS filing.
