If it will pull from a hover then yes it does have unlimited vertical. It doesnt matter how quickly it pulls out, just as long as it does pull out. Doesn't unlimited mean "no limit", meaaning it will continue. If it will pull out of a hover then it will do so until the air gets too thin, and by then the plane is probably out of sight anyway.
