The advantage of using S.Bus servos is the ability to adjust their operating parameters. Adjusting either the “Dead Band” and "Damper" settings can have a positive effect on the issue you are having.

Here is a response from Futaba support that speaks to the use of these parameters. S.Bus servo parameters

You will find more details on this under the “Functions of System Menu” section of your Futaba manual.
