There was a time not all that long ago when your price estimate would have been pretty well spot on , but within the past few years prices have really plummeted . If I had to guess why , my guess would that the upcoming FAA regs coupled with what the corona virus has done to the economy are what deflated the market , the whole "discretionary spending" thing & all .....
