I think the OP may have mistakenly added the "kv" to the first set of numbers, perhaps that is what Ron was asking about ?

Looking at the motor that scale linked I believe the 2860 is the motor's physical size, 28 MM X 60 MM, and the 1850 KV indicates 1850 RPM per volt , the velocity constant Ron mentioned.
