My experience has been turbines that have a larger compressor area seem to preform better at the high alts, not just in thrust but are more reliable, does Xicoy have any data /feedback from testing in this area?
i have gone through the software on the new X turbines... In the Start menu you have an option for use of Diesel or Kerosene.. there is a slight delay in initial startup when using diesel.... In the Run menu where before you had a few options for “Acceleration” and “Deceleration” such as Very Fast, Fast, Normal..etc... new software has an “Auto” feature for both Accel and Decel...

I am sure “Auto” will take care of altitude when you are not at “STP”...

Also other goodies from Xicoy is on the way so stand by....
