I’m assuming yes, but if they are not, you have a bad cable or connection, if they are blown, you need to lower your glow voltage on the start parameter menu, try it outside the engine, lower the voltage and go up slowly until you get a solid bright glow, but if the plug blows, you went too far.

also, are you prepping the plugs by pulling the coils out?
