Here is the list of parts that my flying buddy Tim gave me when he told me about the Kent Systems fittings last year. I don't know if these are the exact ones Jersey Modeler uses but they are similar. Kent Systems is familiar with RC use of their fittings and was very helpful when I called them for help.

Fuel fill fitting on fuel line out of jug to the jet. I also use one of these fittings with the ball valve removed as a return connection for overflow back into the fuel jug.
