I have always found the plastic kit guys to be more on it than most realise, the shear number of modelers dwarf RC and there is not the 10k entry price.

Additionally they are working on a tiny scale and I have seem some work that is truly amazing.

Some of them even convert actual airframes with different parts from multiple kits to be super accurate.

So as above I will stick to the plastic guys as they are all over it.
