That's okay, thanks just the same for the info. And, again, WOW, 1/3 the cost mixing your own fuel. That's definitely worth the extra effort. What do you pay for a gallon of pre-mixed 5% Nitro fuel? Where do YOU get your Methanol? I did quite a bit of online searching and seems like here in The US about $30 USD PLUS SHIPPING is about the lowest cost fuel. By comparison, I did find a place that I could get a 5 gallon container of Methanol for about $60 plus shipping (figure about $15/gallon after shipping) I found a gallon of Nitro for about $90 and, at 5%, only need a little more than 6 oz/gallon so that'll go a long way, THEN there's lubricant. So, with all that involved, unless I can find better prices on the individual components, it doesn't seem to make much sense to mix my own. One thought I had is the Top Fuel Drag Racers. . .they must buy this stuff by the DRUM. . gotta me plenty of Racetracks around Nashville, right? Klotz? Sunoco Race Fuels? Etc.
