Hi Dan. I'm assuming when you say the wing is out of form that you mean you have a slight gap where it butts up against one side of the fuse. I had a similar problem on my SE and also had to add some balsa to the inside rib to fill in the gap. (only about 1/16" tho) Once you get everything fitting nice and tight, you should laterally balance your plane to make certain it doesn't have more weight on one side than on the other. I don't believe the extra 1/4" length on the aileron will have much effect on the overall stability or aerodynamics, as long as the lateral balance isn't off. Good Luck...Len
