That is correct. The motor has good compression also . Today I am going to try putting tape over the carb inlet to see how much air movement I have. Also to do the same with carb and reed block removed. What ticks me off is this engine ran super for the last 2 years. Drained the fuel out before winter last November and it hasn't started since. After dragged out spring with high wind and late cold and stupid fight with the goverment over drone flying we finally got back to flying in April and it hasn't started since last fall.
