Yeah I built it in a fit of nostalgia, that corner of my shop is the way back when area most of those birds are copies of what I built as a teenager. If I find a good deal on and old bird from my past I am inclined to buy and build it just for kicks, I have others and I need to stop because of space issues. scratch building is my thing once built I lose interest somewhat and often do not truly complete the bird. I have been puttering with this since the 70's and as you can see I have several models in process (old picture)
