Ya WAMS is in Granbury now. Lost their facility In Weatherford. I think the yearly swap meet is at the Middle School buy the YMCA in Granbury. The site they have is a dump site that belongs to a housing invester out of Houstan. I am a member but I don't attend. Did for a while just don't care for there attitude made some deal with the Granbury City Council. I got out of RC and now fly U Control. Really enjoy it. And the build. I guess back to my roots. I was in the circle at the middle school. And was told to go fly at the RC field. I really think the pres of the club complained about what I was doing. And not in sink with the New Club charter. He claims the club has a circle. Hand launch only it's a joke. To fly U Control you need nice cut grass and smooth surface. They have a car track and the fourty acres is a joke. Placed the UC in the corner. Against trees. So I now fly in my back yard only with a South windAJ.
