thought about something similar, but i just dont have the room .. another option for me would be to mount 2 cylinders togetehr, a 1" one and a 4" one with output arms on oposite arms ... If GreatNorthern can not get me a 5" cylinder, i will use the 2 together instead ..

going back to the lever, it would have to be quite big at a 5" radius on the long arm, and this also would not be a linear motion .,..
