I don't think there is such a function, at least anymore.

2 things that really ought to be fixed here:

1) Add an Edit feature to both posts and classified ads.

2) Move the classifieds section way down the front page. That way, people who aren't paying very close attention will stop thinking that the sub-forum at the very top of the page is for general questions.
