Sorry, for replying to an older thread.

I'm amazed at your project! Spellbound might also be mentioned.

Please: Any updates?

What kind of RPM are you running on these?

I used to design cardstock models that flew using EDF. Eventually selling a SR71 model on eBay that was 57" long.

The cardstock models are designed to use different power options.

Then I bought a Vans RV-6 and spent several years flying it around. Designing slowed down to other types of of power, Estes rockets, rubber band and compressed air, one project was powered with a Hobbyking pulsejet.

Haven't done much with EDF units since around 2010. After some searches, things have changed, technology is a wonderful thing, have lots to learn about these changes.

For years been designing a full size EDF aircraft to actually fly in. Been waiting on technology to catch up. A recent search found the VasyFan VF-570.

Exactly what I've been waiting for.

Purchased and received my VasyFan VF-570 from Timis in Italy.

Really curious to see your project, I would like to know more please.

Mike
