So very sorry for that poor customer support. I haven't dealt with Banggoods but I understand their main wherehouse is in China. That could cause some logistical issues with shipping and returns, etc. I usually try to deal with domestic retail to make returns easier to deal with. As a result your purchase price may not be as competitive either. Just my thoughts.
