Problem with supplier

Early 2024 I bought a Coolbank J3 from Banggood. The weather was not flying weather for over a month, and when I finally went out the fly the J3, something was wrong with the stability. I had a couple of expert fliers, I'm a novice, try the plane with no success. I contacted Banggood to ask what options I had for getting a replacement receiver or returning the plane for replacement. I had no luck due to the 30 period having expired.
More recently I purchased a 400mm Spitfire from them. It works fine.
Two weeks ago I purchased a Hawker Hurricane kit from them. This was a kit without electronics. It was listed as being for 14+. The plane came repackaged in a plain box, not the original. In the box along with the Hurricane parts were cut up pieces of two boxes from different planes and some parts from different planes. There was no parts list, and the online assembly guide only showed the main kit pieces. The assembly guide only showed how the screw the wing to the body, no other instructions. There was no information about how or where to install the motor, ESC, or receiver. No diagrams of where the servos or control rod were to be installed. I might have been able to get help, but how many 14 year olds or beginner could figure out how to put the plane in flying order. There was no way to determine if I received all the original parts. This concerned me since they sent parts from a different plane.
I contacted Banggood immediately and included photos of the box, packing, Hurricane parts and the foreign plane parts. They responded by asking for more photos and a video. After multiple back and forth messages where they kept asking for more photos, I asked about returning the plane for refund. They informed me that it was my responsibility to pay shipping. when I went to the return site, I discovered that the return period was seven days.
As a result, I will no longer consider Banggood for any RC purchases. This was terrible customer support and

a complete ripoff.

So very sorry for that poor customer support. I haven't dealt with Banggoods but I understand their main wherehouse is in China. That could cause some logistical issues with shipping and returns, etc. I usually try to deal with domestic retail to make returns easier to deal with. As a result your purchase price may not be as competitive either. Just my thoughts.
