I'm starting to feel a bit better now. I have had a good look at the front of the fuz, and it doesnt look too bad, fairly clean breaks. I am concerned about the wing though. If the spar has gone, which I think it has, that can be tricky, especially as I dont want to weaken it.
Right I'm off to watch top gear, then get repairing. I think I take a few photos to show what is happening. You all can share my pain then.
