I am a believer of Flite-Metal and the way it brings the true colors from a model to the most realistic look. Yes, it is time consuming, but the final product is very rewarding.
I have done three jets and a P-36 from Jerry Bates plans (See photos). I am glad to see this Forum and the detail on how to produce a model to reality.
