Thanks Matt for sharing your experience. The fuselage does indeed have a lot of pinholes that need to be filled, so I’m expecting to spend a significant amount of time on that phase when it comes.
On my build list, I also have a Summit III kit with a FG fuse, also ordered from Rcaiir, which shows similar surface quality. For comparison, I also have a Brushfire kit with a fiberglass fuselage made by the now-defunct BAC (Ballistic Aircraft Company), which has significantly better surface quality (gel coated surface). I expect that build to be much quicker.
