I finally completed my Nobler rebuild after slamming it into the ground at 80 knots. I ended up 3D printing the cowling, using a thin layer of fiberglass inside to reinforce it (super light weight), and painting it with a 2 part car paint. I think it turned out nice... now to see if she'll fly.
