Congratulations! I know what you mean... between work, weather, family commitments... I am lucky if I get to fly one weekend in three... makes learning hard if you spend the first 2 flights trying to get back to where you were the last time! And that's before you add any "rebuilding" time...! Our club requires you to take-off and land from both directions and have two instructors(one of which is usually the chief instructor) on hand to "score" you in order to get your wings... means you need a day with little/no wind and the right combination of people... it seems you'd have better luck at Vegas! The right day finally showed up and I was "signed" off....
Now you can fly when you're ready instead of having to wait for an instructor, you can fly several times in a row without taking turns with the other students... it's a lot more fun!
