Thanks for the reply, but i was asking for a definitive answer regarding copyright ownership of the ME 109 designed control line kit.


My question has no direct relationship to this thread or any posts here other than the same person who is claiming to own the copyright to this particular Midwest model has used my images from this documented scratch build (including of my plane in the back of my old Ford truck as seen above) on his website to sell a short kit version without my permission, but that is a different story.



I am simply asking for anyone who knows for sure who owns the copyright to this particular model.
