Bill, I helped a buddy with a OS 1.20 twin that is a few years old. I dont know if yours has the same carb or not.
His is not an air bleed on the low end. It is a fuel control. Yours really sounds rich. Have you tried closing it all the
way and going open a little at a time? Is it putting a bunch of fuel out of the crankcase vent? Have you
tried putting a loop in the line between tank and carb? His 1.20 also idled bad before he put onboard
glow drivers on it. but not to the extreme you are talking about. let me know, later daveo
