I can't speak specifically to the Model Tech G202 but you must remember that these 202's all have a very powerful elevator. I find it very comfortable to fly my GP G202 with the recommended elevator throw of 5/16" up and 7/16" down. With one inch up and down it must be flown very carefully to avoid unwanted snaps, but after all isn't that what we are after? One inch is approaching the recommended 3D throws (1.25 up and 1.25 down) for the GP G202 and I can't think it would much different for the Model Tech G202. [8D][8D]
