Default RE: First Time Gas Plane-Extra 300 or Edge 540?

That 399 price includes no hardware, and they are allready alerting people to it being heavy because of heavy aluminum so there is another 20 bucks. While Im sure that it will be a great plane there are other options.
The hanger9 italia cap is on closeout and can be bought for a bargain. The GP patty wagstaff comes complete with almost everything and is a great flyer for 379.00 Last I heard the next set of WH edges wont be out till mid-late feb. I would suggest you look at the extreme flight yak 87". It will fly on any lightweight 50cc gas and has a very light loading. People I respect and that have flown it say it fly's and 3d's like a 40% plane. It is a bit pricey but It is supposed to come with top notch stuff- carbon fiber wing tubes etc. last I heard they were looking at recieving some around feb-march. The good news is that almost noone reports anything too bad about any of the 50 cc size planes
