I ditto the 12,500 with a 12x6 APC! I used 15% Cool Power though.

But I got an unbelievable 14,900 to 15,000 with a 11x7P APC. Checked this twice. I had to richen the low end quite a bit but the engine performs very well. It's a little more touchy than an OS but what a powerhouse and at a very fair price.
