I have run the Cline on my MDS 2.18 and one of my MDS 1.48s, I prefer mounting the regulator body on the carb and use the remote needle. The MDS remote needle does not leak or weep when exposed to the tank pressure the crankcase pressure produces. The MDS 2.18 really produces good pressure, bulging the tank more than a YS does.
