Actually, the B-2 plans published in the February issue were the second set of plans published by them. The photo Al posted was from the first which was several years back and by a different designer. I think the more recent one is slightly bigger and looks to be a little more scale.
The first one was 58" wingspan and designed for 40 to 46 engines but the wing was extended quite a bit from scale. The author states that the true scale wingspan would have been just 43". I'm guessing that if your's is true to scale that it's actually the same scale as the one above but without the exagerated wing. In that case, it may be for a 40/46 also...but that's just a guess.
I've got both issues if you need info on the more recent one.
BTW, this is definitely not a beginner's plane.
