One other detail i noticed. I have 3 supertigers, 45,90 &3250. Now there really is no magic number to turn out the low end. What I have noticed on mine is all 3 have to be turned out 3-4 turns before i get any hissing noise where as most other engines are alot less. If your low end is not turned out enough, you will not draw fuel and it won't start.
