It might fly under experienced thumbs, but I'm guessing not very well.

The vertical stab/rudder being large isn't that big a deal, but that tiny horizontal stab and small elevator will be a problem. Another problem will be the lack of dihedral in the wing. With rudder only, some decent dihedral is needed for good turns.
