I say it flew, and i think the picture is deceiving, the vertical stab. is so large that it just appears the horizontal stab is small. compare the wing itself w/the horiz. stab and it seems to be in proportion.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,of course I could be wrong.
