Hey, when you own a radial that looks like that who wants to put a cowl around it. Be the first kid on your block to have a 5 cylinder radial hanging on the front of a H9 CAP 232.

All kidding aside, as far as I know, there isn't a comparable 4 stroke engine that would have the performance of a DA-100. If there were, it would probably weigh 5 pounds more and there goes the airplane performance. If you've noticed, you would rarely if ever see a 4 stroke on a dirt bike because of weight and performance. Same applies to our aircraft.

That radial sure would look good on the front of a big Sterman. If you look at my gallery, you can see a big Sterman with a 5 cyl Seidel (sp) 7.75 ci 4 stroke glow engine.
