That is exactly what my intentions are, I did let everyone know that I am not an experienced builder and have not been around the model airplane hobby very long.

I did weighed the plane on my fishing scale which is fairly accurate to a certain point.
With engine, electronics and so forth it is currently slightly over 4 lbs.
I have to put on the muffler, wheels, canopy and the cowl and it will be done.

Im guessing it will be close but should be somewhere between the 4-1/2 to 5 mark. I really dont think it will go over 5 but I could be wrong. If that becomes the case then I think I will find some lighter servos and see what else I can do to reduce the weight.

I will certainly post the final weight, everyone reading the thread will be able to make their own assumption as to the weight etc. If I screwed it up then I will have to get another model and try again. I really think it will turn out fine though. When I get home tonight I will throw all the remaining parts on the scale and get the total weight.
