There are a number of company that make nitro car cleaner. I myself find them too expensive and I work for a large automotive chain so I use Electrical parts cleaner. It's about $3.50 a can and works just as well. As for your exhaust manifold bolts, use blue loctite. You can purchase that at any automotive supplier as well. Hope this helps.
