The O rings is what holds the idle disk in place. Mine is so tight that the idle disk turns with great difficulty.
Your O rings may be worn or perhaps too small. You should replace the O rings. Your Moki will not run correctly if the idle disk keeps moving.

Horizon hobbies has Moki parts and should have the O rings.
