Default RE: Question

Your advice is great Crashem. If the people we tell on here to go buy a cool trainer for $$$ Just went to their local club and asked around they could get a nice trainer cheap, and probably an instructor to go with it. Sure, we all have our opinions on what the best trainer is, but a nice LT-40, Avistar, Extra EZ, or anything that runs good and comes with local support from an instructor for $200 off the entire RTF package is the best deal. $150-$250, here's your trainer ready to fly, radio, and a teacher. Tower can't match a deal like that..! And that's not counting having a trainer your instructor likes, his radio and buddy box will work with it, on and on. If I'd have just went to my local field and said "I want to fly, find me a nice trainer, radio, and an instructor", I'd have probably saved $200-$300 right from the start.. The new cool trainers are nice, but not compared to a nice cheap setup bundled with an instructor. - Joe
