I have a UCD60 question, after looking at this plane in my building room for 4 months I decided to start putting it together and I had a 91TTFS looking for a home but my question is has anyone flown this with a FS and stock tank location?? My TT Carb is over 1 inch below the tank center line and over the past 20 years this has always spelled Problem's for the engine especially in the case of a inverted engine.

I can drop a small 200cc tank down to center line with out to much trouble or modification but the flights will be short!!!!! did I mention I got bored the other night and stripped all the covering off and drilled 3in lighting hole all down the side behind the cockpit and cut out all the balsa sheeting forward of the wing bolts matching the plywood under skin(Man I should start drinking again I think it's safer) Well a lease I can see the tank fuel level through the transparent blue covering now!!
