I don't fly Futaba, so I might be wrong....but yes, get the rubber grommet inside the hole. I know JR and Airtronics have little 'square' rubber mounts that just slip on.

THEN the brass insert goes in from the bottom of the servo.

Recheck the instruction manual and see if there is a 'trick' to getting those grommets in!
