no its not the same engine, the Supersport is only a 54 mm engine, basically the same size and weight as the normal 54, same rpm, but re-designed inside, boosted power by 50% from 12 to 18 pounds! a friend of mine has been flying a test one this year in a BVM Sabre, he was over in the USA just recently at Florida jets. This engine seems to break all the rules, absolutly amazing.
