This is my latest scratch build. It was inspired by the Top Cap. AUW is 3 1/8oz, WS and length are both around 20". I maidened it in 17mph winds, so I don't know if it hovers well, but it should be able to since it has 8oz of thrust at WOT. Hover tests in the living room resulted in a slight pull to the belly, and I had to grab it before I could get my hand to the TX. I think I need to adjust the vertical CG. I'll try again in the living room once I get it tweeked.
